Founder’s Message
I have spent almost a decade in Europe for the purpose of developing an extensive professional and academic expertise in the fields of Organisation and Leadership Studies. I also established a strong academic and professional network that keeps me updated and connected with the latest trends in the two fields. On my return from Europe, my immediate observation was that there is a considerable gap between the Arab audience and the real dynamics of these fields in the West. I so decided to invest my expertise in an initiative that bridges this gap intellectually as well as professionally. I envisage Diwan LRC as a platform that is devoted to shape the future of leadership in modern Arab-based work environments and organisations. I firmly believe that this future will be defined within three main qualities: global, sustainable and adaptive. These qualities are well reflected in the current social, economic and political forces that are shaping the future of the entire Arab region. Fatemah Mohd K
